High-pressure intercept module is the key component of 335MW units governing and protecting system in Huadian Zouxian power plant. Before modified the existing problems with high-pressure intercept module are analyzed in this paper, as well as the optimization and modification process. Practice results have proved that the unit trip due to defects of high-pressure intercept module is effectively avoided after modification. The reliability of turbine governing and protecting system is also greatly improved.
