本文提出一种电能检测仪表的设计,采用以超低功耗、生存环境强适应性和丰富的片上外围模块为优点的 MSP430F149单片机为主控制芯片。在电网环境中,电压电流之间由于感性负载而存在相位差,对相位差取余弦就是功率因素。本文采用运放和电阻的结合对电压和电流进行采样,同时利用硬件过零点电压比较得到电压和电流的相位差。本仪表能够在电网存在故障时,依然准确无误的进行数据测试和信号采集。

This article presents a design of Electrical Energy Measuring Instrument and uses MSP430F149 microcontroller as main control chip, which has some advantages of ultra-low power consumption, strong environment adaptability and rich on-chip peripheral modules. In the grid environment, there is a phase difference between the voltage and current because of inductive load. Power-factor is to take cosine phase difference. This article adopts the combination of the op amp and resistor to sample the voltage and current. Also, it utilizes hardware zero voltage comparison to abstain the phase difference between the voltage and current. When the grid exist fault, this indicator can still accurately test data and sample signal.
