汶川地震使北川羌族自治县图书馆遭受严重破坏，在恢复重建工作中遇到的典型问题主要有馆舍建筑设计，资金筹集，人力资源缺乏，特种珍贵文献资料保存以及如何开展特殊服务等。本文通过分析后提出可行性的解决对策，通过研究重建方案和吸引社会力量，在政府的引导下逐步实施和开展特殊服务。最终，为弘扬羌族文化，再造一个新北川羌族自治县图书馆。

Beichuan Qiang Autonomous County Library was severely damaged in Wenchuan earthquake and some typical problems were encountered in the reconstruction. The main problems were the building designing, funding, human resources, preservation of the special valuable literature, and how to carrying out a special service.One feasibility solutions was been put forward to solve these problems after analyzing the problems. After studying reconstruction plan, and attracting social forces. The study results were gradual implemented under the government guidance. Some special services were also carried out. Final, we can promote the Qiang culture, and then create a new Beichuan Qiang Autonomous County Library.
