In recent years,college students’ enthusiasm for entrepreneurship gradually rising.But the poor consolidation and relative lack of entrepreneurial resources is always the key factors affecting the entrepreneurial success. Therefore,it is particular important for college students to put the limited resources in to their own competitive advantage through a certain model in the entrepreneurial process.This would demand the entrepreneurs are integrated and scientific management of entrepreneurial resources and make the entrepreneurial resources integration through,so that the limited resources can play the greatest effectiveness.
