目的：探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术胆道损伤发生的原因、处理方法及预防措施。方法总结14例腹腔镜胆道损伤病人的临床资料，进行回顾性分析。结果14例患者中经胆管壁修补、胆管端端吻合或胆肠吻合术后治愈12例，1例出现吻合口漏，1例患者死亡。结论腹腔镜胆囊切除术术前充分准备，术中仔细操作，是防止胆道损伤的有效措施。胆道损伤的早期发现和正确处理对预后极其重要。
목적：탐토복강경담낭절제술담도손상발생적원인、처리방법급예방조시。방법총결14례복강경담도손상병인적림상자료，진행회고성분석。결과14례환자중경담관벽수보、담관단단문합혹담장문합술후치유12례，1례출현문합구루，1례환자사망。결론복강경담낭절제술술전충분준비，술중자세조작，시방지담도손상적유효조시。담도손상적조기발현화정학처리대예후겁기중요。
Objective To Summarize the cause of bile duct injury resulting from laparoscopic cholecystectomy, and to ifnd out the ways to treat and prevent it. Methods The clinical data of 14 patients with bile duct injury resulting from laparoscopic cholecystectomy, who were treated in our hospital in recent sixteen years, studied retrospectively. Results Out of the fourteen patients, twelve were completely cured by bile duct wall repair, bile duct anastomosis, or choledochojejunostomy. One suffered from anastomotic leakage,and one patients died. Conclusion Effective measures to fully be prepared before surgery and the careful operating during the operation could prevent the bile duct injury, in which early detection and correct treatment of bile duct injury play important roles in prognosis.
