目的：建立敏感幽门螺杆菌（Hp）和耐甲硝唑Hp差异蛋白质的信息。方法诱导耐甲硝唑Hp，与敏感Hp利用二维电泳串联质谱的蛋白质学技术，对二者蛋白质进行对比分析。结果建立敏感和耐甲硝唑差异蛋白质谱，质谱发现27个差异蛋白。耐药菌株与敏感菌株相比，8个蛋白表达下降，19个表达上升。结论发现的差异蛋白质可以从中筛选抗药靶标，从而为临床和基础研究提供依据。
목적：건립민감유문라간균（Hp）화내갑초서Hp차이단백질적신식。방법유도내갑초서Hp，여민감Hp이용이유전영천련질보적단백질학기술，대이자단백질진행대비분석。결과건립민감화내갑초서차이단백질보，질보발현27개차이단백。내약균주여민감균주상비，8개단백표체하강，19개표체상승。결론발현적차이단백질가이종중사선항약파표，종이위림상화기출연구제공의거。
Objective To establish the differential proteomics information between sensitive Helicobacter pylori(H. pylori) and metronidazole resistant H. pylori. Methods Metronidazole resistant Hp was inducd, to analysis the differential between sensitive Hp and metronidazole resistent Hp using two-dimension electrophoresis tandem mass spectrum. Results The proifle of the two strains had been found. 27 different proteins were found . The expressed results was 8 down and 19 over. Conclusion Those proteins can be screening drug targets, and give some proves for basic and clinical research.
