目的:评价二阶导数示波极谱法测定人血清中NO 2-含量的方法。方法采用对氨基苯磺酸-盐酸萘乙二胺为测定体系,使用二阶导数极谱法测定血清中的NO 2-含量。结果该方法测得正常成人的血清NO 2-浓度为(2.33±0.06)mol/L,检出限为0.98 mmol/L,线性范围为0.98~46.38 mmol/L,精密度为5.0%,平均回收率为105.5%。结论该方法是一种简单,易操作的测定血清NO 2-的方法。
目的:評價二階導數示波極譜法測定人血清中NO 2-含量的方法。方法採用對氨基苯磺痠-鹽痠萘乙二胺為測定體繫,使用二階導數極譜法測定血清中的NO 2-含量。結果該方法測得正常成人的血清NO 2-濃度為(2.33±0.06)mol/L,檢齣限為0.98 mmol/L,線性範圍為0.98~46.38 mmol/L,精密度為5.0%,平均迴收率為105.5%。結論該方法是一種簡單,易操作的測定血清NO 2-的方法。
목적:평개이계도수시파겁보법측정인혈청중NO 2-함량적방법。방법채용대안기분광산-염산내을이알위측정체계,사용이계도수겁보법측정혈청중적NO 2-함량。결과해방법측득정상성인적혈청NO 2-농도위(2.33±0.06)mol/L,검출한위0.98 mmol/L,선성범위위0.98~46.38 mmol/L,정밀도위5.0%,평균회수솔위105.5%。결론해방법시일충간단,역조작적측정혈청NO 2-적방법。
Objective To evaluate the method of mensurating the content of NO 2-in human serum by secondary derivative oscillographic polarography. Methods Mensurate the content of NO 2- in human serum by secondary derivative oscillographic polarography in the system of sulfanilic acid and N-(1-naphthyl) ethylenediamine dihydrochloride. Results Normal adult serum NO 2-concentration is (2.33±0.06)mol/L,The sensitivity of the method was 0.98 mmol/L,the linear range was from 0.98 to 46.38 mmol/L,the precision was 5.0%,the analytical average recovery rate was 105.5%. Conclusion The method is a simple method and easy to operate.
