近几年，大学生的心理健康已经成为大家关注的问题。文章通过问卷调查等方法，阐述了我国大学生心理健康状况及体育运动对大学生心理健康产生的积极影响，同时提出运动对于促进大学生心理健康的方法，在一定程度上有利于大学身心健康的发展。

In recent years, people have been paying attention to college students' mental health. Through questionnaire survey and other methods, this article states the mental health situation of college students in China and the positive influence of sports on students' mental health. It also presents the method of promoting students' mental health with sports, which is helpful for college students' physical and mental healthy development.
