This paper states the design and construction points of pilling wall+cement and steel pipe reinforcement. Combined with construction cases, it describes a new practical construction technology. It solved the problems that diaphragm wall+anchor cable, campshed+support beam construction can not be used in reconstruction of old city. The construction technology has the advantages that construction is convenient, construction efficiency is high, the construction schedule is speeded up and ensures the safety of foundation pit, has saving cost and good project quality, bring good economic benefits and social benefits for enterprises.
