自噬现象普遍存在于真核细胞中，它是细胞对于外界环境的一种适应性反应。自噬与凋亡同为机体重要的程序性死亡方式，两者之间有着紧密的关系。自噬在肿瘤的发生发展中起到了促进和抑制的双重作用。放射疗法是许多肿瘤综合治疗的有效方法之一，然而有些肿瘤对放射治疗逐渐产生抵抗性，通过调节自噬的水平来改变肿瘤细胞对放射治疗敏感性为提高肿瘤放疗疗效提供了新方向。

Autophagy exists widely in eukaryotic cells, which is an adaptive response of cells to external environment. Autophagy and apoptosis which has a close relationship between the two are the same as for the important way of programmed death.Autophagy plays a dual role of promoting and inhibition in the development of tumor . Radiation therapy is one of an effective methods to tumor comprehensive treatment, however,some tumors gradually produce resistance to radiation therapy, By adjusting the level of autophagy to alter tumor cells sensitivity to radiation therapy provides a new direction for improving the effect of radiotherapy of tumor.
