目的：研究经单侧椎弓根固定椎间融合治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法：对腰椎间盘突出症38例行单侧椎弓根螺钉内固定，椎间盘摘除，椎间融合器植骨融合术。结果：随访5~23个月，平均10个月，优30例，良5例，可3例，优良率达92.1％。结论：单侧椎弓根内固定椎间融合器植骨融合术治疗腰椎间盘突出症特别适合伴椎管狭窄、腰椎不稳定以及术后复发的患者。

목적：연구경단측추궁근고정추간융합치료요추간반돌출증적료효。방법：대요추간반돌출증38례행단측추궁근라정내고정，추간반적제，추간융합기식골융합술。결과：수방5~23개월，평균10개월，우30례，량5례，가3례，우량솔체92.1％。결론：단측추궁근내고정추간융합기식골융합술치료요추간반돌출증특별괄합반추관협착、요추불은정이급술후복발적환자。
Objective: To study the effect of unilateral pedicle screw fixation and interbody fusion for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Method:Prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc in 38 cases of unilateral pedicle screw fixation, lumbar discectomy, Interbody fusion with bone graft fusion.Result:Follow-up for 5-23 months, average 10 months, excellent in 30 cases, good in 5 cases, acceptable in 3 cases, the excellent and good rate was 92.1%.Conclusion:Effective method for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation by unilateral pedicle bone grafting fusion is especially suitable for the patients with spinal stenosis, lumbar instability and postoperative recurrence.
