目的：探讨妊娠高血压疾病与血脂代谢异常的相关性。方法：选择2010年4月-2012年10月本院的43例妊娠高血压疾病患者为观察组，同期的43例健康孕妇为对照组，然后将两组患者的血脂指标进行检测与比较，并比较观察组中不同严重程度者的血脂水平，同时将疾病与血脂的相关性进行分析。结果：观察组的TG、TC、LDL-C均高于对照组，而HDL-C则低于对照组，且观察组中不同严重程度者存在明显的差异（P<0.05），经研究上述指标均与疾病有密切的相关性。结论：妊娠高血压疾病患者呈现明显的血脂代谢异常，因此应充分重视对此类患者的血脂干预。
목적：탐토임신고혈압질병여혈지대사이상적상관성。방법：선택2010년4월-2012년10월본원적43례임신고혈압질병환자위관찰조，동기적43례건강잉부위대조조，연후장량조환자적혈지지표진행검측여비교，병비교관찰조중불동엄중정도자적혈지수평，동시장질병여혈지적상관성진행분석。결과：관찰조적TG、TC、LDL-C균고우대조조，이HDL-C칙저우대조조，차관찰조중불동엄중정도자존재명현적차이（P<0.05），경연구상술지표균여질병유밀절적상관성。결론：임신고혈압질병환자정현명현적혈지대사이상，인차응충분중시대차류환자적혈지간예。
Objective: To study the correction between the pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome and abnormal lipid metabolism.Method:43 patients with pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome in our hospital from April 2010 to October 2012 were selected as the observation group, 43 healthy pregnant women at the same period were selected as the control group, then the blood lipid indexes of two groups were detected and compared, and the blood lipid levels of observation group with different severity degree were compared too, also the correction between the disease and blood lipid was analyzed too. Result: The TG, TC, and LDL-C of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, while the HDL-C was lower than that of the control group, and those indexes of observation group with different severity degree had obvious differences, and those had closed correction to the disease. There were all significant differences.Conclusion: The blood lipid metabolism of patients with pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome is obviously abnormal, so the blood lipid should be paid enough attention to intervention.
