目的：探讨情志护理对于神经内科重症清醒患者依从性的影响及临床应用价值。方法：选择本院治疗的神经内科重症清醒患者156例，随机分为观察组和对照组，对照组给予常规护理方案进行护理，观察组在对照组基础上给予中医情志护理，观察两组临床治疗依从性及焦虑自评量表评分及抑郁自评量表评分改善情况。结果：观察组治疗依从性优于对照组，比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：在西医常规护理的基础上联合使用中医情志护理，可以有效改善患者焦虑和抑郁的状态，提高患者临床治疗的依从性。

Objective: To probe into the influence and clinical application value of emotional nursing to the treatment appliance of severe and sober patients in neurology department. Method: 156 severe and sober patients treated in the neurology department of our hospital were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into experiment group and control group. Patients in the control group were given routine nursing program, while those in the experiment group were given emotional nursing of Chinese medicine. The improvements on clinical treatment compliance and their ratings in self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale were observed.Result:The treatment compliance of the experiment group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was of statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion: Using emotional nursing on the basis of routine nursing program of western medicine can effectively improve the anxiety and depression conditions of patients and improve the clinical treatment compliance.
