目的：观察美托洛尔在慢性心衰中的应用效果。方法：将200例患者分为强化组和常规组，常规组采用常规治疗方法，强化组在此基础上并给予美托洛尔治疗。结果：强化组有效率87.0%，明显优于常规组71.0%。强化组患者治疗后的心率为（62.3±5.8）次/min，左心室射血量为（57.1±2.6）%；常规组患者治疗后的心率为（86.2±7.6）次/min，左心室射血量为（38.6±7.8）%。结论：慢性心衰在基础治疗中同时使用美托洛尔可获得更好的效果，安全性较好。

목적：관찰미탁락이재만성심쇠중적응용효과。방법：장200례환자분위강화조화상규조，상규조채용상규치료방법，강화조재차기출상병급여미탁락이치료。결과：강화조유효솔87.0%，명현우우상규조71.0%。강화조환자치료후적심솔위（62.3±5.8）차/min，좌심실사혈량위（57.1±2.6）%；상규조환자치료후적심솔위（86.2±7.6）차/min，좌심실사혈량위（38.6±7.8）%。결론：만성심쇠재기출치료중동시사용미탁락이가획득경호적효과，안전성교호。
Objective: To investigate the application results of metoprolol in patients with chronic heart failure.Method:200 cases were randomly divided into intensive group and conventional group, the conventional group was treated by conventional treatment method. On this basis, the intensive group was given metoprolol. Result: The effective rate of the intensive group was 87.0%, which was more higher than that of the conventional group 71.0%. After treatment, the patient’s heart rate of the intensive group was (62.3±5.8) beats/min, left ventricular stroke volume was (57.1±2.6)%. Patient’s heart rate of the conventional group was (86.2±7.6) beats/min, left ventricular stroke volume was (38.6±7.8)%.Conclusion:On the basis of conventional therapy, patients with chronic heart failure will get better results, better security with metoprolol.
