目的：研究观察骨折并发感染患者血清炎性指标的变化情况。方法：选取2010年3月-2013年4月于本院进行治疗的31例骨折并发症感染的患者为A组，同时间段内的31例单纯骨折未伴发感染的患者为B组，31名体检示健康人员为C组，然后将三组人员的IL-6、IL-8、hs-CRP及PCT血清含量与阳性率进行比较。结果：A组的IL-6、IL-8、hs-CRP及PCT血清含量与阳性率均高于B组与C组， B组则高于C组，三组患者比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：骨折并发感染患者血清炎性指标明显高于未伴有感染的骨折患者，且高于健康人群，对于骨折及感染的存在均有较高的检测意义。
목적：연구관찰골절병발감염환자혈청염성지표적변화정황。방법：선취2010년3월-2013년4월우본원진행치료적31례골절병발증감염적환자위A조，동시간단내적31례단순골절미반발감염적환자위B조，31명체검시건강인원위C조，연후장삼조인원적IL-6、IL-8、hs-CRP급PCT혈청함량여양성솔진행비교。결과：A조적IL-6、IL-8、hs-CRP급PCT혈청함량여양성솔균고우B조여C조， B조칙고우C조，삼조환자비교차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론：골절병발감염환자혈청염성지표명현고우미반유감염적골절환자，차고우건강인군，대우골절급감염적존재균유교고적검측의의。
Objective: To study and observe the change state of serum inflammatory indexes of patients with fracture complicated with infection. Method:31 patients with fracture complicated with infection in our hospital from March 2010 to April 2013 were selected as group A, 31 patients with and without infection were selected as group B, 31 healthy people were selected as group C, then the serum content and positive rate of IL-6, IL-8, hs-CRP, and PCT of the three groups were compared.Result: The serum content and positive rate of IL-6, IL-8, hs-CRP, and PCT of group A were all higher than those of group B and group C, those statistical items of group B were all higher than those of group C, there were all significant differences between those of three groups(P<0.05).Conclusion: The serum inflammatory indexes of patients with fracture complicated with infection are obviously higher than those of patients without infection,and those are higher than those of healthy people too, so it has higher detection significance for the fracture and infection.
