针对飞机部件自动制孔工艺需求,在具体分析自动制孔末端执行器工作流程的基础之上,通过稳、动态设计和控制系统建模,基于TwinCAT软PLC开发了一套末端执行器控制系统,并最终实现了PID全闭环控制。试验结果表明,该控制系统操作方便,性能稳定,极大提高了飞机部件的制孔效率和装配质量。
針對飛機部件自動製孔工藝需求,在具體分析自動製孔末耑執行器工作流程的基礎之上,通過穩、動態設計和控製繫統建模,基于TwinCAT軟PLC開髮瞭一套末耑執行器控製繫統,併最終實現瞭PID全閉環控製。試驗結果錶明,該控製繫統操作方便,性能穩定,極大提高瞭飛機部件的製孔效率和裝配質量。

In order to meet the needs of automatic drilling technology of aircraft parts, on the basic of analyzing the workflow of the automatic drilling end effector, using the static and dynamic design and creating the control system model, developing a set of end effector control system based on soft PLC of TwinCAT, and realized the closed-loop control of PID. The experimental results indicate that the control system is not only easy to operate but also has stable performance. It improves the efficiency of aircraft parts drill and assembly quality.
