采用pull down和酵母共转化的方法研究了AtDWD与RCAR1之间的相互作用。体外pull down试验得出 AtDWD与 RCAR1之间存在明显的相互作用;酵母共转化试验显示AtDWD的截断区域中只有 WD45和 WD345转化子可以在 SD 四缺培养基平板上长出正常的酵母菌落。实验结果表明,AtDWD C端的145~350位氨基酸序列中含有与 RCAR1相互作用的功能域。

Pull down and yeast co-transformation methods were used to study the interaction between At-DWD and RCAR1 in research.The significant interaction of them was tested by pull down in vitro.On-ly the truncated area AtDWD WD45 and WD345 tansformants could grow into normal yeast colonies on SD-deficient medium plate,this result was studied by yeast co-transformation.It is confirmed that the interacting area of AtDWD with RCAR1 located at 145~350 aa of AtDWD C terminus.
