目的：观察精神心理因素对胡桃夹食管（nutcracker esophagus NE）吞咽能力的影响。方法：将50例NE患者，随机分为治疗组和对照组，两组各25例，两组胡桃夹食管患者钙拮抗剂联用和非联用抗焦虑药物前后不同时段进行食管动力测定。结果：用药7天联用抗焦虑药物组的三项指标改善明显优于不联用抗焦虑药物组（P＜0.05）。结论：食管运动功能紊乱、下段高幅蠕动、收缩时间延长在NE发病中起重要作用，精神心理因素是重要致病因素，治疗中不可缺少联用抗焦虑药物。
목적：관찰정신심리인소대호도협식관（nutcracker esophagus NE）탄인능력적영향。방법：장50례NE환자，수궤분위치료조화대조조，량조각25례，량조호도협식관환자개길항제련용화비련용항초필약물전후불동시단진행식관동력측정。결과：용약7천련용항초필약물조적삼항지표개선명현우우불련용항초필약물조（P＜0.05）。결론：식관운동공능문란、하단고폭연동、수축시간연장재NE발병중기중요작용，정신심리인소시중요치병인소，치료중불가결소련용항초필약물。
Objective:To study the application of psychological factors relationship on nutcracker esophagus(NE).Method:50 patients with nutcracker esophagus.these patients.25 cases were treated with calcium antagonist and anti-anxiety drugs. 25 cases were only treated with calcium antagonist. Results :7 days after taking the medicine,the three parameters.in the patients treaed with calcium antagonist and anti-anxiey drugs were obviously better than that in the patients treated only with calcium antagonist (P<0.05). Conclusion:Esophagus motile function disorder,inferior segment peristalsis amplitude and peristalsis duration played an important role on the NE episode.Psychological factor was important inducing factor.Anti-anxiety drugs should be used in the treatment.
