目的:研究黔产药用植物忽地笑中的化学成分。方法:采用多种色谱手段和重结晶等方法,分离纯化化合物;根据化合物的理化性质和波谱数据鉴定其结构。结果:从忽地笑鳞茎95%乙醇提取物的粗碱部位中分离得到7个单体化合物,均为生物碱,分别被鉴定为石蒜碱(lycorine,1),二氢石蒜碱(dihydrolycorine,2),加兰那敏(galanthamine,3),力可拉敏(lycoramine,4),那维定(narwedine,5),lycoraminone(6)和2-羟基-6-甲氧基香水仙灵(2-hydroxyl-6-O-methyloduline,7)。结论:化合物5、6和7均为首次从该植物中分离得到。

목적:연구검산약용식물홀지소중적화학성분。방법:채용다충색보수단화중결정등방법,분리순화화합물;근거화합물적이화성질화파보수거감정기결구。결과:종홀지소린경95%을순제취물적조감부위중분리득도7개단체화합물,균위생물감,분별피감정위석산감(lycorine,1),이경석산감(dihydrolycorine,2),가란나민(galanthamine,3),력가랍민(lycoramine,4),나유정(narwedine,5),lycoraminone(6)화2-간기-6-갑양기향수선령(2-hydroxyl-6-O-methyloduline,7)。결론:화합물5、6화7균위수차종해식물중분리득도。
Objective:To study the chemical constituents of Lycoris aurea from Guizhou province. Methods:All compounds were isolated and purified by by means of classic phytochemistry method and recrystallization. Their structures were identify by various spectral data and their physical characters. Results:Seven compounds (1-7)were isolated from the crude alkaloids extract of 95%ethanol of the material. Their structures were identified as lycorine(1),dihydrolycorine(2),galathanmine(3),lycoramine(4),narwedine(5), lycoraminone(6)and 2α-methoxy-6-O-ethyloduline(7). Conclusion:Compounds 5,6 and 7 were isolated from Lycoris aurea for the first time.
