为全面客观地评估陆军观测装备效能,增加同类型观测装备横向可比性,利用层次分析法和指标标准化法评估观测装备的效能。以某典型观测装备类别中的5种装备型号为例,建立观测装备的效能评估模型,对效能评估进行对比分析。分析结果表明,效能对比分析方法实用性强,具有较大的实用价值。

For evaluating effectiveness of army observation equipment comprehensively and objectively, and increasing the horizontal comparability of the same type observation equipment, this paper evaluate observation equipment effectiveness by using analytic hierarchy process method and index standardization method. With five observation equipment of certain typical category as an example, the observation equipment effectiveness evaluation model is set up, and the result of evaluation was relatively analyzed. The analysis results show that the contrast analysis method is practical, and has great practical value.
