为实现引信安全保险系统具有远距离解除保险状态的功能，分析小口径弹药引信结构特征和发射内外弹道环境，结合几类不同环境探测传感器的适用特点与范围，选择基于地磁环境信息的磁阻传感器，并针对磁阻传感器芯片的使用特性，设计了芯片的复位开关电路。弹丸发射出炮口后，磁阻传感器输出微弱电压信号，经信号调理后作为延时控制电路的控制开关指令信息。延时控制电路是实现远距离解除保险状态的关键部件，控制电路通过检测信息并延时后，输出电压信号指令给火工品拔销器，拔销器执行隔爆板限位销的拔销动作，解除保险系统的最后一道保险，实现了引信远距离解除保险的目的。
