目的：观察快速过敏皮试仪的应用效果。方法：选择我院行头孢菌素皮试的患儿500例，取得家长同意后，均行传统皮试和快速皮试仪皮试，比较两种方法的结果。结果：两种皮试方法阳性率差异无统计学意义，假阳性率有统计学意义，可疑阳性两者差异有显著性意义。结论：儿科患者应采用快速过敏皮试仪进行皮试，可减少假阳性率并显著提高医疗服务满意度，值得推广应用。
목적：관찰쾌속과민피시의적응용효과。방법：선택아원행두포균소피시적환인500례，취득가장동의후，균행전통피시화쾌속피시의피시，비교량충방법적결과。결과：량충피시방법양성솔차이무통계학의의，가양성솔유통계학의의，가의양성량자차이유현저성의의。결론：인과환자응채용쾌속과민피시의진행피시，가감소가양성솔병현저제고의료복무만의도，치득추엄응용。
Objective:Observe fast allergy skin test instrument application effect.Methods:Choose our line of cephalosporin skin test of 500 cases of children,without obtaining permission from the parents,both traditional skin test and rapid skin test instrument for skin test,compare the results of two methods.Results:There was no statistically significant difference two methods of skin test positive rate,false positive rate was statistically significant,significant positive difference in the suspicious.Conclusion:Fast should be used in patients with pediatric allergy skin test instrument for skin test,can reduce the false positive rate and significantly improve the medical service satisfaction,is worthy of popularization and application.
