目的：探讨氟康唑联合达克宁栓治疗复发性念珠菌性阴道炎的临床效果。方法：回顾性分析我院收治的120例复发性念珠菌性阴道炎患者的临床资料，根据治疗方法将患者分成治疗组和对照组各60例，对照组患者单用达克宁栓治疗，治疗组在对照组的基础上加用氟康唑治疗，比较两组患者的临床有效率和治疗前后的临床体征情况。结果：治疗两周后，治疗组的总有效率高达93.33%，对照组患者的总有效率为73.33%，两组患者比较具有显著性差异，P＜0.05，治疗组显效率51.67%，显著高于对照组38.33%，P＜0.05；治疗前两组患者白带增多、黏膜充血、疼痛、涂片结果阳性等临床体征均无显著性差异，P＞0.05，治疗后治疗组的临床体征例数均显著低于对照组，P＜0.05。结论：采用氟康唑联合达克宁栓治疗复发性念珠菌性阴道炎能显著改善患者的临床体征，临床效果明显，为复发性念珠菌性阴道炎的治疗用药提供了指导。
목적：탐토불강서연합체극저전치료복발성념주균성음도염적림상효과。방법：회고성분석아원수치적120례복발성념주균성음도염환자적림상자료，근거치료방법장환자분성치료조화대조조각60례，대조조환자단용체극저전치료，치료조재대조조적기출상가용불강서치료，비교량조환자적림상유효솔화치료전후적림상체정정황。결과：치료량주후，치료조적총유효솔고체93.33%，대조조환자적총유효솔위73.33%，량조환자비교구유현저성차이，P＜0.05，치료조현효솔51.67%，현저고우대조조38.33%，P＜0.05；치료전량조환자백대증다、점막충혈、동통、도편결과양성등림상체정균무현저성차이，P＞0.05，치료후치료조적림상체정례수균현저저우대조조，P＜0.05。결론：채용불강서연합체극저전치료복발성념주균성음도염능현저개선환자적림상체정，림상효과명현，위복발성념주균성음도염적치료용약제공료지도。
Objective: To explore the clinical effect for fluconazole combined with tak NingShuan in the treatment of recurrent vaginal yeast infection. Methods:The clinical data of 120 cases of recurrent vaginal yeast infection in our hospital was taken for retrospective analysis. Based on the treatment methods,patients were divided into the treatment group and the control group,and 60 cases in each group. The control group was only taken with tak NingShuan treatment,and the treatment group was taken with fluconazole on the basis of the control group. The treatment effective rate and clinical signs before and after treatment was observed. Results: After two weeks treatment,the total efficiency in the treatment group was as high as 93.33%,and the total effective rate in the control group was 73.33%. There were significant differences for the two groups of patients,P<0.05. The efficiency rate in the treatment group was 51.67%,significantly higher than the control group of 38.33%,P<0.05. Before treatment,the signs of increased leucorrhea,mucosal hyperemia,pain,smear positive results were without significant difference,P>0.05,the number of cases in treatment group after treatment of clinical signs were significantly lower than the control group,P<0.05. Conclusion: The combination of fluconazole with tak NingShuan in the treatment of recurrent vaginal yeast infection can significantly improve the patient's clinical signs,clinical effect is obvious,and it provides medication guidance for the treatment of recurrent vaginal yeast.
