试验将本课题组分离到的高效乳酸菌A4和A7与两株纤维素分解菌Nf和Y6等比例混合培养在2%蔗糖溶液中,测其生长曲线,探讨这两类菌株混合后的生长特性。试验结果表明:各试验组达到稳定期时高效乳酸菌和纤维素分解菌活菌数等比例增加,可初步判断这两种菌并无相互抑制作用。而试验组(A4+A7)??(Nf+Y6)达到稳定期时间段,总活菌数量都比其他组高。这为将这两种菌混合后作为青贮饲料添加剂提供了试验依据。

시험장본과제조분리도적고효유산균A4화A7여량주섬유소분해균Nf화Y6등비례혼합배양재2%자당용액중,측기생장곡선,탐토저량류균주혼합후적생장특성。시험결과표명:각시험조체도은정기시고효유산균화섬유소분해균활균수등비례증가,가초보판단저량충균병무상호억제작용。이시험조(A4+A7)??(Nf+Y6)체도은정기시간단,총활균수량도비기타조고。저위장저량충균혼합후작위청저사료첨가제제공료시험의거。
In this study, we mixed the effective lactic acid bacteria A4, A7 with two strains of cellulolytic bacteria Nf, Y6 with same proportion in 2% sucrose solution, made the growth carve and discussed those two mixed strains of the growth characteristics. Experiment results show that the efficient lactic acid bacteria and cellulose decomposing bacteria viable count number ra-tio increased in experimental groups, the preliminary conclusion is that the two kinds of bacte-ria has no inhibitory effect on each other. While the total number of living bacterium in the ex-perimental group (A4+A7)??(Nf+Y6) is higher than other groups when achieving stabilization pe-riod, that will provide experiment basis for mixing these two kinds of bacteria for making silage additives.
