试验研究在现代封闭循环海水工厂化养殖条件下,探寻抗肠炎功能蛋白添加剂新产品对石斑鱼生长、消化以及水质等的效应。在基础饲粮中分别添加0‰、1‰、2‰、3‰(0~3#组)的抗肠炎蛋白粉,分别饲喂初始体重为(64.80±0.56)g的4组点带石斑鱼640尾,每处理组4重复,正式试验期105 d。试验结果表明:①试验发现,饲粮添加2‰以上抗肠炎蛋白粉后,显著降低试验鱼应激反应副作用,即显著减缓采食量下降幅度,这是抗肠炎蛋白粉提高生长性能的原因所在,对鱼类养殖生产意义重大。②基础饲料中添加1‰~3‰的抗肠炎蛋白粉,明显提高点带石斑鱼的生长性能,增重率比对照组提高7.8%~13.9%,饲料系数比对照组降低9.4%~12.0%(P<0.05)。随抗肠炎蛋白粉添加量增加,水中氨氮含量出现递增特征。③抗肠炎蛋白粉对蛋白质和淀粉消化酶活力产生了显著影响,而对脂肪酶活力作用不明显。肝胰脏蛋白酶活力显著或极显著提高14.4%~56.4%。添加1‰和2‰抗肠炎蛋白粉,胃肠淀粉酶活力分别提高了24.1%、10.9%,肝胰脏淀粉酶活力分别提高7.6%、10.9%(P<0.05)。研究证明,工业化养殖点带石斑鱼幼鱼膨化颗粒饲料中,抗肠炎蛋白粉的适宜添加量为2‰~3‰。

시험연구재현대봉폐순배해수공엄화양식조건하,탐심항장염공능단백첨가제신산품대석반어생장、소화이급수질등적효응。재기출사량중분별첨가0‰、1‰、2‰、3‰(0~3#조)적항장염단백분,분별사위초시체중위(64.80±0.56)g적4조점대석반어640미,매처리조4중복,정식시험기105 d。시험결과표명:①시험발현,사량첨가2‰이상항장염단백분후,현저강저시험어응격반응부작용,즉현저감완채식량하강폭도,저시항장염단백분제고생장성능적원인소재,대어류양식생산의의중대。②기출사료중첨가1‰~3‰적항장염단백분,명현제고점대석반어적생장성능,증중솔비대조조제고7.8%~13.9%,사료계수비대조조강저9.4%~12.0%(P<0.05)。수항장염단백분첨가량증가,수중안담함량출현체증특정。③항장염단백분대단백질화정분소화매활력산생료현저영향,이대지방매활력작용불명현。간이장단백매활력현저혹겁현저제고14.4%~56.4%。첨가1‰화2‰항장염단백분,위장정분매활력분별제고료24.1%、10.9%,간이장정분매활력분별제고7.6%、10.9%(P<0.05)。연구증명,공업화양식점대석반어유어팽화과립사료중,항장염단백분적괄의첨가량위2‰~3‰。
This experiment aimed at investigating the effect of a new feed additive, anti-enteritis protein determined on growth performance, digestive enzyme activity and water quality of Epi-nephelus coioides in the industrial semi-recirculating culture condition. 640 trial fish [with aver-age initial weight of (64.80±0.56) g] were randomly allocated into 16 quadruplicated treatments, with basal feed adding four anti-enteritis protein levels of 0‰, 1‰, 2‰, 3‰(0~3# groups). Af-ter 105 days of cultivation, the results indicate that: ① 2#~3# significantly slowed down the de-scending range of feed intake caused by stress response. That is the essence of why anti-enteri-tis protein can improve growth performance and it is very important for fish farming. ②Weight gain ratio and feed coefficient in 1#~3# were 7.8%~13.9% and 9.4%~12.0% high-er than 0# (P<0.05). The ammonia nitrogen in aquatic water increases with the amount of additives. ③Anti-enteritis protein has obvi-ous significance on protease and amylase ac-tivity but the lipase activity. Liver-pancreas protease in 1#~3# dramatically improved 14.4%~56.4%. In 1#~2#, the stomach and intestine amylase rose 24.1%, 10.9%, and the liver-pancreas amylase rose 7.6%, 10.9%(P<0.05). In conclusion, the suitable addition amount is 2‰~3‰.
