目的构建护理专业核心价值体系的结构及相应的指标。方法采用理论分析、文献回顾、德尔菲法等方法探索护理专业核心价值体系框架，筛选用于核心价值的指标形成体系。结果所建指标体系经严格检验，专家咨询的权威系数为0.855，熟悉系数为0.824，判断系数为0.885；经过两轮咨询后确定的护理专业核心价值指标体系中一级指标4条，二级指标12条，三级指标35条；专家咨询内部一致性α系数为0.735。结论经检验，该研究所建的护理专业核心价值指标体系专家意见集中，结果科学、可靠、信度较高。

Objective To construct the core value of nursing profession and corresponding index system of the structure. Methods By the means of the theoretical analysis, literature review, delphi method to explore nursing professional core value system framework, screening for the core value of the index form system. Results The index system subject to stringent inspection, experts consultation authority coefifcient is 0.855, familiar with the coefifcient is 0.824, judge coefifcient is 0.885;after two rounds of consulting determined after nursing professional core value index system level indicators article 4, article 12 secondary indexes, level 3 indicators article 35;expert consultation internal consistencyαcoefifcient is 0.735. Conclusion Through inspection, the nursing profession institute built index system of the core value of expert opinion, the scientiifc, reliable and high reliability.
