目的探讨急性缺血性脑卒中静脉溶栓临床治疗办法及效果。方法选取我院自2010年1月至2012年2月收治的32例急性缺血性脑卒患者随机分为观察组与参考组，各为16例，参考组患者采用常规治疗办法，给予观察组患者静脉溶栓治疗，对两组患者的临床治疗效果及治疗中不良反应发生情况进行对比分析。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为87.5%，参考组患者治疗总有效率为62.5%，两组数据比较差异显著，P<0.05；观察组患者治疗中不良反应发生率明显低于参考组，P<0.05，有统计学意义。结论静脉溶栓治疗急性缺血性脑卒中临床效果显著，不良反应情况发生率较低，患者的生命质量明显提高，值得推广。

Objective To explore clinical treatment methods and effects of intravenous thrombolysis in patients with acute cerebral ischemic stroke. Methods 32 patients with acute cerebral ischemic stroke that were recruited and treated in our hospital form January of 2010 to February of 2012 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 16 patients in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with conventional treatment methods, and the patients in the observation group were treated with intravenous thrombolytic therapy. Clinical treatment effects and incidence of adverse reactions during treatments in patients of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 87.5%, and the total effective rate of treatment in the control group was 62.5%, and there were signiifcant differences between the two groups (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reaction in the observation group was obviously lower than that of the control group, and there were statistical signiifcance (P<0.05). Conclusions There were signiifcant clinical treatment effects for intravenous thrombolysis on acute cerebral ischemic stroke, and there was low incidence of adverse reaction and life quality of patients improved signiifcantly, and thus it was worth of spreading and application.
