Aluminum liquid pouring temperature and mold temperature were optimized on the motor rotor Aluminum-casting process by using the Taguchi method. According to the results of solidification time, the best pouring temperature and mold temperature combination were determined which provided reference for improving the quality of Aluminum-casting rotor.
