焊接是通过加热或加压或通过两者并用,并且用或者不用填充材料,使工件达到结合的一种方法。与传统焊接技术相比,耐热钢焊接具有较高的强度和韧度,并且具有高效、环保以及节能等优点,因此,耐热钢焊接工艺得到了快速的发展。本文通过分析耐热钢9Cr-1Mo的焊接性能,提出了耐热钢焊接的工艺。通过焊接工艺性能的试验证明,为了有效的保证焊接的质量,应当有效的采取焊前预热,层间温度控制、后热消氢及焊后热处理等工艺措施。

Welding is a workpiece-combining method by heat or pressure or by both, and with or without the use of filler material. Compared with the traditional welding technology, heat-resistant steel welding is with high strength and toughness and is efficient, environment friendly and energy saving. So, heat-resistant steel welding technology has got rapid development. In this paper, through the analysis of the welding performance of 9Cr-1Mo heat-resistant steel, heat-resistant steel welding process is put forward. Welding process performance experimental results show that, in order to ensure the welding quality, effective preheating, interpass temperature control, heat elimination hydrogen and post weld heat treatment should be taken.
