学界热衷于从“以人为本”来探讨思想政治理论教育的实效性，原因主要是思想政治理论课确实存在“目中无人”或者之现象。在思想政治理论课实践教学过程中，教育者与受教育者均具有体验式，在教学过程中表现出各自的自主性和创造性，而体验式实践教学模式的构建更侧重学生的主体地位，它有助于思想政治理论课教学改革的有效开展，激发学生参与思想政治理论课实践教学环节的积极性。主要目的是增强学生参与政治理论课教育教学的积极性和主动性，提高思想政治理论课的吸引力和有效性。

Scholars cared more for the effectiveness of the ideological and political education from the theory of "people-oriented", which of the main reason is that the ideological and political theory course really exists"arrogant"phenomenon.
