笔者通过对模具设计与制造专业就业情况的分析总结出人才培养过程中存在的问题,调研、分析并构建“分层递进,工学结合,能力提升,231三段式”人才培养模式,研究了基于工作过程系统化的学习领域课程体系,探索了解决目前高职模具设计与制造专业人才培养过程中问题的方法。
筆者通過對模具設計與製造專業就業情況的分析總結齣人纔培養過程中存在的問題,調研、分析併構建“分層遞進,工學結閤,能力提升,231三段式”人纔培養模式,研究瞭基于工作過程繫統化的學習領域課程體繫,探索瞭解決目前高職模具設計與製造專業人纔培養過程中問題的方法。
필자통과대모구설계여제조전업취업정황적분석총결출인재배양과정중존재적문제,조연、분석병구건“분층체진,공학결합,능력제승,231삼단식”인재배양모식,연구료기우공작과정계통화적학습영역과정체계,탐색료해결목전고직모구설계여제조전업인재배양과정중문제적방법。
Through the analysis on the employment situation of mold design and manufacture major, this paper summed up the problems in the process of personnel training, studied, analyzed and constructed the talent training mode of "step-up teaching, working and learning combination, enhancement of ability, 231 three sections", studied the learning field curriculum system based on working process systematization, and explored the solution to solve the current problems in process of personnel training.
