目的探讨经皮冠脉介入术（PCI）后常见并发症的预防措施及护理要点。方法我院2010年1月-2013年1月收治625例行PCI患者，术后发生并发症21例，回顾性分析其临床资料。结果血管迷走神经反射5例，穿刺部位出血、血肿形成8例，急性或亚急性支架内血栓形成1例，术后尿潴留7例，通过有针对性地加强健康宣教及临床护理指导，患者均痊愈出院。结论对PCI患者加强围术期健康宣教，术后严密观察、加强护理是降低术后并发症的关键。
목적탐토경피관맥개입술（PCI）후상견병발증적예방조시급호리요점。방법아원2010년1월-2013년1월수치625례행PCI환자，술후발생병발증21례，회고성분석기림상자료。결과혈관미주신경반사5례，천자부위출혈、혈종형성8례，급성혹아급성지가내혈전형성1례，술후뇨저류7례，통과유침대성지가강건강선교급림상호리지도，환자균전유출원。결론대PCI환자가강위술기건강선교，술후엄밀관찰、가강호리시강저술후병발증적관건。
Objective To probe into observation and nursing care of postoperative complications of patients accepting coronary artery intervention treatment. Methods A total of 625 patients with postoperatire complications and nursing care of them after percataneous coronary artery intervention therapy (PCI)from January 2010 to January 2013 were analyzed retrospectively. Results Totally 21 cases (3.3%)had developed different postoperative complications. Among them,5 cases were with vascular vagus reflex,8cases were with local exudation and subcutaneous hematoma,1 cases with acute or subacute stent thrombosis,7 cases with postoperative urinary retention, all patients were cured and discharged.Conclusion Close observation,nursing are the main points of nursing care of the postoperatire complications for treatment of PCI, strengthening about postoperative complications of PCI theory knowledge is the key of preventing postoperative complications.
