目的：对产前子痫的临床治疗及预防进行分析、探讨。方法对我院自2006年3月---2011年5月收治的60例产前子痫患者的临床治疗资料进行回顾性分析。结果60例产前子痫患者，实施剖腹产终止妊娠的有48例，4例发生胎盘早剥，产后出血的有9例，5例发生妊高症性心脏病，未发生死亡。60例围生儿，52例早产，10例发生胎儿窘迫，7例出现轻度窒息，1例出现出血性脑卒中，2例围产儿死亡。结论剖腹产选择硬膜外间隙阻滞麻醉，可以对患者实施完全镇痛，胎儿产出速度快，可以在较短的时间内使胎儿脱离不良环境，减轻严重病情对孕妇的威胁，并能使血中儿茶酚氨的水平及血压降低，胎盘绒毛间血容量增加，对产前子痫患者实施剖腹产是非常必要的治疗手段。
목적：대산전자간적림상치료급예방진행분석、탐토。방법대아원자2006년3월---2011년5월수치적60례산전자간환자적림상치료자료진행회고성분석。결과60례산전자간환자，실시부복산종지임신적유48례，4례발생태반조박，산후출혈적유9례，5례발생임고증성심장병，미발생사망。60례위생인，52례조산，10례발생태인군박，7례출현경도질식，1례출현출혈성뇌졸중，2례위산인사망。결론부복산선택경막외간극조체마취，가이대환자실시완전진통，태인산출속도쾌，가이재교단적시간내사태인탈리불량배경，감경엄중병정대잉부적위협，병능사혈중인다분안적수평급혈압강저，태반융모간혈용량증가，대산전자간환자실시부복산시비상필요적치료수단。
Objective prenatal clinical treatment and prevention of eclampsia were analyzed to explore .Methods in our hospital from March 2006-May 2011 were treated 60 cases of patients with pre-eclampsia clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results 60 cases of pre-eclampsia,caesarean termination of pregnancy in 48 cases,4 cases of placental abruption,postpartum hemorrhage in 9 cases,5 cases of pregnancy-induced hypertension heart disease,death did not occur.60 cases of peri-natal children,52 cases of prematurity,10 cases of fetal distress,seven cases of mild asphyxia,one case of hemorrhagic stroke,two cases of perinatal death.Conclusion caesarean Select anesthesia epidural space can be for patients with complete pain relief ,fetal output speed in a short period of time so that the fetus from the adverse envi-ronment,reduce the threat of serious illness in pregnant women,and make blood in catecholamine levels and lower blood pressure,blood volume increases between pla-centa of patients with pre-eclampsia,caesarean is very necessary treatment.
