目的:对电子鼻咽喉镜在耳鼻喉科疾病治疗中的应用价值进行分析。方法:选取本院耳鼻喉科就诊的86例患者,所有患者均采用日本PENTAXEB-1570型电子鼻咽喉镜进行检查,其监视器采用的是SONY彩色监视器。其中对患者咽喉部进行检查,需要采用1%丁卡因在其表面进行3次麻醉;对患者鼻腔进行检查,采用1%丁麻液在其双侧进行3次喷洒。结果:经过检查,确诊19例患者为声带息肉,12例患者为声带小结,6例患者为声带囊肿,患者均在电子鼻咽喉镜下成功实行摘除术。另外对31例患者成功进行了鼻部检查,对12例患者成功进行了耳膜穿孔检查。结论:电子鼻咽喉镜在耳鼻喉科疾病中的应用,不但有效提高了疾病诊断准确率,同时还对其手术治疗成功率进行了一定的提高。因此,可以说电子鼻咽喉镜是一种操作简单,使用安全的耳鼻喉科疾病检查工具,可以在临床中进行广泛使用。

목적:대전자비인후경재이비후과질병치료중적응용개치진행분석。방법:선취본원이비후과취진적86례환자,소유환자균채용일본PENTAXEB-1570형전자비인후경진행검사,기감시기채용적시SONY채색감시기。기중대환자인후부진행검사,수요채용1%정잡인재기표면진행3차마취;대환자비강진행검사,채용1%정마액재기쌍측진행3차분쇄。결과:경과검사,학진19례환자위성대식육,12례환자위성대소결,6례환자위성대낭종,환자균재전자비인후경하성공실행적제술。령외대31례환자성공진행료비부검사,대12례환자성공진행료이막천공검사。결론:전자비인후경재이비후과질병중적응용,불단유효제고료질병진단준학솔,동시환대기수술치료성공솔진행료일정적제고。인차,가이설전자비인후경시일충조작간단,사용안전적이비후과질병검사공구,가이재림상중진행엄범사용。
Objective:To analyze the application value of electronic endoscope in the Department of ENT,the treatment of diseases. Method:86 cases of outpatients department of ENT in our hospital,all patients were treated with Japanese PENTAX EB-1570 electronic nasopharyngoscope check, the monitor was used in SONY color monitor. In which to examine patients throat,with 1%dicaine anesthesia for 3 times on its surface;to examine patients with nasal cavity,1%Ding Ma liquid in its bilateral 3 spraying. Result:After examination,19 patients diagnosed as vocal polyp,12 patients with vocal nodules and 6 patients with vocal cyst,patients were under video-naso-pharyngo-laryngoscopy successful implementation of enucleation. In addition to the 31 patients were successfully carried out in 12 patients with nasal examination,the success of the eardrum perforation test. Conclusion:The application of electronic endoscope in the Department of ENT disease,not only effectively improve the diagnosis accuracy rate,but also on its operation treatment success rate is improved. So we can say that the electronic endoscope is a simple,safe use of the department of ENT disease inspection tools,can be widely used in clinical.
