目的：探讨个性化护理干预对肾病综合征患者治疗依从性的影响。方法：通过询问了解患者的病史、一般资料、文化水平、家庭经济状况及社会支持等的情况，评估患者对疾病知识的认知程度，针对患者不同情况和需求制定个性化的护理干预计划。记录个性化护理干预后患者的各种情况，与入院时评估情况进行对比，评价个性化护理干预的效果。结果：出院时干预组与对照组治疗依从性比较，干预组明显优于对照组（P<0.05）；干预前后治疗依从性比较，干预后优于干预前（P<0.05）。结论：个性化护理干预提高了肾病综合征患者治疗依从性，病情得到了有效控制，生活质量也得到很好的提高。
목적：탐토개성화호리간예대신병종합정환자치료의종성적영향。방법：통과순문료해환자적병사、일반자료、문화수평、가정경제상황급사회지지등적정황，평고환자대질병지식적인지정도，침대환자불동정황화수구제정개성화적호리간예계화。기록개성화호리간예후환자적각충정황，여입원시평고정황진행대비，평개개성화호리간예적효과。결과：출원시간예조여대조조치료의종성비교，간예조명현우우대조조（P<0.05）；간예전후치료의종성비교，간예후우우간예전（P<0.05）。결론：개성화호리간예제고료신병종합정환자치료의종성，병정득도료유효공제，생활질량야득도흔호적제고。
Objective:To investigate the effects of individualized nursing intervention on the treatment adherence of patients with nephrotic syndrome. Method:To assess the patient’s awareness level of knowledge of the disease for patients with different circumstances and needs of the development of personalized care interventions by asking,understanding the patient’s medical history,general information,education level,family economic status and social support situation. Assess the situation on admission were compared to evaluate the effect of individualized nursing intervention by recording personalized nursing intervention in patients with a variety of situations. Result:A comparison of intervention group and the control group compared treatment adherence,the intervention group was better than the control group(P<0.05);A comparison of intervention compared before and after treatment compliance,after the intervention was better than before intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion:Individualized nursing intervention can improve the treatment adherence in patients with nephrotic syndrome,the disease has been effectively controlled,the quality of life also get very good improved.
