目的:观察库血在储存期间红细胞变形性的变化,为临床输血治疗提供参考依据。方法:血样来源于10例健康献血者的新鲜全血各200ml,于储存期的0d、1d、3d、5d、7d、14d、21d、28d分别检测红细胞变形性的相关指标(变形指数、刚性指数和聚集指数)。结果:血液储存5d时红细胞变形指数和刚性指数明显升高,聚集指数在7d时明显升高。三者均随时间延长呈增高趋势。结论:临床输血需谨慎,微循环障碍的患者应尽量选择5d之内的血液输注。

목적:관찰고혈재저존기간홍세포변형성적변화,위림상수혈치료제공삼고의거。방법:혈양래원우10례건강헌혈자적신선전혈각200ml,우저존기적0d、1d、3d、5d、7d、14d、21d、28d분별검측홍세포변형성적상관지표(변형지수、강성지수화취집지수)。결과:혈액저존5d시홍세포변형지수화강성지수명현승고,취집지수재7d시명현승고。삼자균수시간연장정증고추세。결론:림상수혈수근신,미순배장애적환자응진량선택5d지내적혈액수주。
Objective:To observe change of erythrocyte deformability during storage of banked blood.Method:Blood samples(200 ml/bag)were collected respectively from ten healthy men.The relevant indicators of erythrocyte deformability(deformability index,stiffness index ,aggregation index) had been detected at 0 d,1 d,3 d,5 d,7 d,14 d,21 d,28 d.Result:Deformability index and stiffness index were significantly increased at 5 d, aggregation index was significantly increased at 7 d.they were were gradually increased with time prolong during storage of banked blood.Conclusion:It should serve as a caution to clinical transfusion.blood should be infusion to patient of microcirculatory failure when its storage time is less than 5 d.
