为了提高一种自主研发的金刚石研磨机床的加工精度并为误差补偿提供理论依据,运用多体系统理论和齐次坐标变换原理描述了其结构关系,建立了该机床的几何误差模型,通过数学计算,分析了该系统的27项误差,得到对该机床车刀进给方向精度影响较大的11项误差,并对11项误差进行分类研究。模型的建立为误差补偿提供了理论基础,11项误差的分类分析为机床结构的合理设计,以及平移台、旋转台具体参数的选择提供理论依据,根据计算结果提出降低各误差影响程度的具体方法。

In order to increase the precision of a diamond lapping machine tool developed by Tianjin University and provide theory basis for error compensation,the kinematics theory of multi-body system and the homogeneous coordinate transforma-tion principle are used to describe the structural relationship of the machine tool,with a geometric errors mathematical model of the machine tool established.27 geometric errors of the machine tool are analyzed,according to the math calculate.The results show that 1 1 geometric errors have great influence on the accuracy of the vertical direction,which are divided into 3 classifications.The establishment of the model provides a theoretical basis for the machine error compensation to improve the precision.Analysis of the 1 1 geometric errors provides the theory evidence to choose the property processing way and instru-ment parameter.Some specific methods are provided to reduce the effect of geometric errors.
