综合考虑维修费用和安全性2方面因素，从维修方案和维修方式2个层面分析了维修决策模型。通过成本现实法，阐述了维修方案决策模型；基于经济性与可靠度提出了雷达装备维修方式决策模型，讨论了不同寿命分布雷达装备部件维修方式的决策，通过仿真分析得到了不同部件维修方式方案，对于合理选取维修方式，充分发挥装备维修保障资源效能具有现实意义。

This paper analyzes the maintenance decision model from the maintenance project and maintenance mode based on the overall consideration of the maintenance costs and security .It elabo-rates the maintenance decision model through real cost method ,probes into the maintenance decision model of radar equipment based on economy and reliability and discusses on the parts maintenance mode decision of radar equipment at different life distribution ,simulates and analyzes the maintenance mode project of different parts .It is of great significance for reasonably selecting the maintenance mode and gives full significance to equipment maintenance support resource performance .
