联合作战是信息化条件下的基本作战样式，联战需要联保，联保必须联训，联保联训是装备保障训练顺应时代发展的必然产物。推进联保联训创新发展，不仅是我军装备保障训练适应信息化战争发展和联合作战样式演变的现实需要，也是推进军事斗争装备准备的客观要求。在对影响联保联训发展的主要因素进行科学分析的基础上，从联保联训发展的阶段划分、目标确立、路径选择3个方面，论述了联保联训发展的总体设想，并提出了推进联保联训发展的对策和建议。

Joint operation is the basic mode in the campaign under the information .Joint opera-tions require joint support and joint support must train jointly .Joint training of joint support (JT O-JS) is the inevitable outcome that equipment training conforming to the social development .Promo-ting the innovation and development of the JTOJS is not only for meeting with the reality needs to cope with the development of information war and the evolution of the fighting mode of joint opera-tions ,but also the objective requirement for advancing preparations for military struggle of equip-ment .On the basis of the scientific analysis of the main factors which influence the development of the JTOJS ,forms a general ideas about the development of the JTOJS from three aspects :stage divi-sion ,goals established and path selection .Then ,corresponding countermeasure and suggestions on how to promote the development of the JT OJS are offered .
