0-3岁是视觉发育关键期,由于认知及辨析能力未成熟,婴幼儿视力检查是小儿眼科临床检查中的难点问题。条栅视力是一种有效的客观视力检查方法,但在年轻眼科医师中能够掌握和应用者较少。为了普及婴幼儿视力检查技术,我们采用多媒体教学方法将Teller视敏度卡应用于小儿眼科临床教学中,取得了较好的效果。

The critical period of visual development is 0 to 3 years old .However , because of immature cognitive ability , it is difficult to conduct visual acuity examination on 0-3 years old children . Grating acuity is an objective examination of visual acuity , but it is not much mastered or used by young ophthalmologists .To popularize the technique of infants'vision examination , we have applied Teller acuity card by using multimedia-assisted instruction in teaching of child ophthalmology and achieved satisfactory results .
