Professional development of teachers is an important way to tap internal potential of education and promote the development of educational content .It is also required for promoting the reform of China's basic education and improving the quality of primary and secondary education .Various problems exist in teachers'professional training such as insufficient training resources , single source of knowledge acquisition , and lack of personalized learning methods .With the advance of China's economic and social development and information construction , teacher training must move in the information technology-and online-based direction .Only in this way can we break through the bottleneck of current teachers'professional development training and further upgrade the quality of teachers .
