高职文科类专业实训课程开展效果不佳，这直接影响着高技能应用型人才培养目标的实现。近年来，河北软件职业技术学院文秘专业对综合能力实训课教学模式进行了开发。课程在内容上采取模块化设计，在组织形式上以项目驱动，在实训条件上设置了便于体验秘书“角色意识”的实训环境，在设计理念上以学生参与实训项目全过程为目标。通过文秘综合能力实训课程的开发，课程组在教师队伍建设、教材建设和考核方式的改革上都取得了一定成果。

In higher vocational education,the effect of training course of liberal arts is poor which directly influences high skill talents training. Recently the pattern of the training course for general ability in secretary major has succeeded. Modular design is used in content which is guided by project in the organizational form. The environment for practical training is set in course,which is easy to experience‘role awareness’ of secretary. Students’ participate in the whole process of training project is the goal of the course in the design concept. Through development of training course for general ability in secretary major,the course group make considerable achievements in the construction of teaching staff,in the teaching material construction,and in the assessment methods.
