研究了在饲料中添加嗜酸乳杆菌( Lactobacillus acidophilus)对大菱鲆生长的影响。嗜酸乳杆菌为从健康大菱鲆肠道中分离、培养的同源嗜酸乳杆菌,活菌数2.0×109 CFU/g,其在饵料中的添加量分别为0‰(对照组)、5‰、10‰和15‰,连续投喂20 d、40 d、60 d后,结果表明,5‰添加组的饲料系数分别降低8.8%、4.4%、1.5%,蛋白质效率分别提高2.7%、3.5%、2.0%;10‰添加组的饲料系数分别降低3.0%、1.5%、-7.2%,蛋白质效率分别提高3.7%、1.1%、-6.0%;15‰组促生长指标均低于对照组。研究表明,在投喂早期,添加5‰嗜酸乳杆菌的饵料对大菱鲆生长的促进效果较好,但随着添加时间的延长,该作用逐渐减弱,并最终低于对照组。

This paper studied the effect of Lactobacillus acidophilus preparations on turbot growth .L.acidophilus was isolated from the healthy turbot intestinal tract and cultured homologous L.acidophilus, which viable count 2.0 ×109 CFU/g.The addition amount of bait was 0‰, 5‰, 10‰ and 15‰.After 20 d, 40 d and 60 d continuous feeding , compared with the control group , 5 ‰group decreased feed conversion ratio of 8.8%, 4. 4%, 1.5%, protein efficiency of 2.7%, 3.5%, 2.0%;10‰group feed conversion ratio decreased by 3.0%, 1.5%, -7.2%, protein efficiency of 3.7%, 1.1%, -6.0%;15‰group promoting growth were lower than the control group .These results showed that:only the diet which contained 5‰L.acidophilus promoted growth of turbot , and it was just in early experimental stage .With the extension of L.acidophilus diet feeding , the promoted growth effects weakened gradually and lower than the control group eventually .
