为研究龙须菜池塘栽培生长情况,根据池塘水环境因子(水温、盐度和pH )及龙须菜的生长特性,设置了龙须菜不同水深栽培试验、未分苗与定期分苗栽培试验及不同光照强度对龙须菜生长影响的试验。结果表明:水深2 m处龙须菜生长最好,其次是1.5 m,1.0 m水深处栽培的龙须菜生长最慢。相同试验条件下,定期分苗组藻体总湿重比未分苗组生长效果好;光照度<3000 lx时龙须菜生长较好,光照度>6000 lx时生长相对差一些;池塘水温在19~27℃时龙须菜生长良好。研究表明,龙须菜生长受池塘水温和光照度变化影响较为显著,池塘水体盐度和pH变化对龙须菜生长影响不显著;龙须菜对养殖水体中的营养盐具有较强的吸收能力。

To study Gracilaria lemaneiformis growth conditions in ponds , according to pond water environmental factors ( temperature , salinity and pH ) and characteristics , the experiment studies the influence of water depth , periodically separated and non-separated seedlings and light intensity on Gracilaria lemaneiformis growth.The result showed:Gracilaria lemaneiformis grew best in 2m deep water, followed by 1 .5 m deep water , and grew slowest in 1 m deep water;under the same experimental conditions , periodically separated seedling group gross wet weight was heavier than non-periodically separated seedlings; Gracilaria lemaneiformis grew best at light intensity bellow 3 000 lx, and grew relatively slower with the light intensity above 6 000 lx, and grows better with water temperature between 19℃and 27℃.The study concluded:water temperature and light intensity variation can influence Gracilarai lemaneiformis growth significantly;pond water salinity and pH variation influences Gracilaria lemaneifor mis growth slightly , and Gracilaria lemaneiformis has strong ability of absorbing nutrients in culture pond .
