应用疲劳寿命理论计算、有限元静/动强度分析及故障件失效分析等方法,对保险阀导向杆断裂问题进行机理分析,结果表明:保险阀导向杆断裂故障为导向杆设计动强度不足,导致导向杆双向弯曲应力集中区疲劳断裂。依据分析结果对保险阀结构进行了改进,改进结构的分析及试验结果,验证了改进措施有效,同时也证明了分析方法的正确性和可靠性。分析方法对结构件动强度及疲劳寿命分析具有一定的参考价值。
應用疲勞壽命理論計算、有限元靜/動彊度分析及故障件失效分析等方法,對保險閥導嚮桿斷裂問題進行機理分析,結果錶明:保險閥導嚮桿斷裂故障為導嚮桿設計動彊度不足,導緻導嚮桿雙嚮彎麯應力集中區疲勞斷裂。依據分析結果對保險閥結構進行瞭改進,改進結構的分析及試驗結果,驗證瞭改進措施有效,同時也證明瞭分析方法的正確性和可靠性。分析方法對結構件動彊度及疲勞壽命分析具有一定的參攷價值。

The fracture fault of the oriented-pole was analyzed using the fatigue life theory, the FEA of static strength and dynamic intensity, and the observation of microscopic morphology. The results shown the fracture of the oriented-pole resulted from the unsubstantial dynamic intensity that made the pole fatigue in the coupled vibration stress region. Based on the analysis result, the structure of the oriented-pole was improved and a test was carried out on the efficiency of the improved structure. The test results shown the improved structure was effectual, which testified the correctness and the reliability of the analysis way in the text from another point of view.
