为了鉴定中华鳖“腐皮、疖疮”并发症的病原菌种类，对已呈明显发病症状且频死的20个、体重在100～1000 g之间的中华鳖病样进行了病原菌的分离鉴定，经细菌组织涂片、分离培养与纯化、生理生化特性鉴定和人工感染试验证实，主要致病菌为嗜水气单胞菌（ Aeromonas hydrophila）和洛菲不动杆菌（ Acinetobacter lwoffi）。药敏试验结果表明，两种病原菌对很多抗生素均存在不同程度的耐药性，而对美洛培南（ Meropenem）、复方新诺明（ Trimethoprim/Sulfa）等高度敏感，可作为防治该病的首选药物。

In order to identify the pathogenic species on complications of “skin-rotting” disease and furuncu-losis disease , an isolation and identification test of pathogenic bacteria experiment from twenty symptoms and dying soft-shelled with weight between 100~1 000 g were conducted .And the main pathogens were verified to be Aero-monas hydrophila and Acinetobacter lwoffi by bacterial organizations smear , cultivation and purification , physiologi-cal and biochemical characterization and artificial infection .The drug-sensitivity tests showed that the two pathogens existed different degrees of resistance to many antibiotics , except Meropenem and Trimethoprim/Sulfa, which were highly sensitive to the two pathogens and could be used as the preferred drug to cure the complications .
