针对目前振动台试验中的“过试验”和“欠试验”现象,以星箭系统级结构简化缩比模型及卫星结构简化缩比模型为对象,从简单模型基础激励下的理论分析出发,研究了单卫星振动试验时界面响应及星上振动响应与系统级试验的差别,探讨了振动台试验出现天地不一致的原因及其合理应用范围。

Rocket-satellite system level model and single satellite model are taken as the research object in order to study the over-test and under-test problems in vibration experiments. These two models are simplified as 3-DOF systems and the responses under base excitation are analyzed theoretically. Then the difference between system-level reverberant experiment and single satellite vibration experiment are studied. The reason of disagreement between flight and ground-testing is analyzed and the proper application of vibration experiments is discussed.
