目的创建优质护理服务,改善医患、护患关系。方法通过创建优质护理服务的具体措施,向患者提供人文关怀服务。结果护理质量和患者满意度比上一年均有显著提高。结论创建优质护理服务,既教育和激励了护理人员文明行护、敬业爱岗、换位思考、精益求精的服务理念,又满足了患者正当的需求,减少了医疗纠纷和医患、护患矛盾,充分显示了医学人文精神的重要性。

목적창건우질호리복무,개선의환、호환관계。방법통과창건우질호리복무적구체조시,향환자제공인문관부복무。결과호리질량화환자만의도비상일년균유현저제고。결론창건우질호리복무,기교육화격려료호리인원문명행호、경업애강、환위사고、정익구정적복무이념,우만족료환자정당적수구,감소료의료규분화의환、호환모순,충분현시료의학인문정신적중요성。
Objective To create quality nursing service and improve doctor-patient and nurse-patient relationship.Method Through the concrete measures to provide quality nursing service, humanistic care service was provided to the patient.Results The quality of care and patient satisfaction was increased significantly compared with last year.Conclusion The Quality Nursing Service activity educates and motivates the service concepts of service with civilization, dedication to the job, thinking in patients' position and continuous improvement of nurses; meets the legitimate needs of patients; reduce doctors-patients and nurse-patient conflicts; and fully demonstrated the importance of medical humanity.
