采用钛酸酯偶联剂TM-JTBT和氟硅烷偶联剂G502通过溶液共混法分别制备了两种不同的防污闪氟碳涂料,使用扫描电镜( SEM)、接触角测量仪、体积电阻率/表面电阻率测定仪、划格实验法及涂层铅笔硬度仪等对研究的氟碳涂料进行表征和测试,研究了不同偶联剂对氟碳涂料憎水性能的影响。研究结果表明:采用钛酸酯偶联剂TM-JTBT的氟碳涂层憎水性角度可达到115°以上,憎水性丧失及恢复性能优于氟硅烷偶联剂G502,其他性能指标满足防污闪要求。
採用鈦痠酯偶聯劑TM-JTBT和氟硅烷偶聯劑G502通過溶液共混法分彆製備瞭兩種不同的防汙閃氟碳塗料,使用掃描電鏡( SEM)、接觸角測量儀、體積電阻率/錶麵電阻率測定儀、劃格實驗法及塗層鉛筆硬度儀等對研究的氟碳塗料進行錶徵和測試,研究瞭不同偶聯劑對氟碳塗料憎水性能的影響。研究結果錶明:採用鈦痠酯偶聯劑TM-JTBT的氟碳塗層憎水性角度可達到115°以上,憎水性喪失及恢複性能優于氟硅烷偶聯劑G502,其他性能指標滿足防汙閃要求。

Two different anti-pollution flashover fluorocarbon coatings were prepared by fluorinated silane cou-pling agent G502 and titanate coupling agent TM-JTBT via solution blending .And in order to investigate the effect of coupling agent on the pollution flashover performance of fluorocarbon coatings , these fluorocarbon coatings were characterized and tested by scanning electron microscopy ( SEM) , contact angle measurement , surface and volume resistivity test , cross-cut test and film coating pencil thickness meter .The results show that the hydrophobic angle of fluorocarbon coating surpasses 115 °, hydrophobicity loss and recovery performance of fluorocarbon coating are better than that of fluorinated silane coupling agent G 502 , and other performance indexes meet anti-pollution re-quirements when titanate coupling agent TM-JTBT was added into fluorocarbon coating .
