在换热管内通以含颗粒旋流,一方面旋流颗粒有效地搅乱了边界层,起到强化传热作用;另一方面,流态化颗粒相对管壁面存在相对滑动,可以有效擦除管内壁已存在的污垢,起到除垢作用。设计了一试验装置,反复试验结果表明:管内流态化颗粒除垢速度快,传热系数远高于各种非流态化螺旋流,且传热系数基本稳定。
在換熱管內通以含顆粒鏇流,一方麵鏇流顆粒有效地攪亂瞭邊界層,起到彊化傳熱作用;另一方麵,流態化顆粒相對管壁麵存在相對滑動,可以有效抆除管內壁已存在的汙垢,起到除垢作用。設計瞭一試驗裝置,反複試驗結果錶明:管內流態化顆粒除垢速度快,傳熱繫數遠高于各種非流態化螺鏇流,且傳熱繫數基本穩定。

By passing through the cyclone containing particles inside the heat exchange tubes , on one hand , the heat transfer was strengthened because rotational flow particles disturbed the boundary layer effectively ;on the other hand, scale removal of the existing dirt on tube wall is also effective because of the relative sliding of fluidized particles to the tube wall .A test device was designed in this work , and repeated experimental results showed that the fluidized particle can descale quickly in the tube , its heat transfer coefficient is much higher than all kinds of non-fluidized spiral flow and heat transfer coefficient is basically stable .
